Hi, my name is SarahRuth and I was diagnosed with Hashimoto sand thyroid disease in 2007. Yes, that means I'm on this healing journey WITH you.
I realized going athlete to autoimmune was going to require changes in my life, most of them happening in the kitchen and in lifestyle changes. It was all about getting educated and empowered in my journey.
I created this Hashimotos & Hypothyroidism Course to do just that.
